Dr. Elliott has developed a vast knowledge base of experience throughout her tenure as an OD and Change Management consultant and ICF certified coach. Lisa focuses on behavioral change management, evidenced- based coaching for leaders and teams, cultural change, strategic communications, organizational leadership, technical adoption, team alignment and motivating employees to perform at their best to ensure the organization’s success.
Lisa has held roles ranging from managing change management strategies to holding functional positions strategically positioned within teams to promote change work and strategic communications. She has a balanced perspective between the functional and technical needs of an organization and has worked to apply that balance in aerospace and defense, higher education, telecom, government, life sciences, banking, agriculture, and environmental services. Dr. Elliott holds terminal degrees in Organization Development and Change, Positive Organization Development and Change, and Communications Management.
